provided with a heating system for thermoconvectors.

In all rooms there is an alarm, both volumetric and for the opening
connections of the windows, just like the system for receiving
terrestrial and satellite TV with multiswitch system.

Video intercom system as well as water and sanitary system

There is the possibility of building another apartment consisting of
a 63.46 sqm (walkable) ground floor and first floor each.
Construction already foreseen in the original project (the property
had originally planned to finish the ground floor only) and paid the
related concession charges.

The provincial capital is within easy reach of Perugia (Road SS 75)
